01 - 4 large celery stalks, roughly chopped
02 - 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
03 - 1 small handful fresh mint leaves
04 - 1 medium lemon, juiced

05 - 1 tablespoon agave syrup
06 - 1 pinch Himalayan salt

07 - 1 cup ice cubes
08 - 1/2 cup cold water
# Directions:
01 - Place celery, ginger, mint leaves, fresh lemon juice, agave syrup, and Himalayan salt into a high-speed blender.
02 - Add ice cubes and cold water to the blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a completely smooth consistency.
04 - Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a pitcher or large glass to remove pulp, if preferred.
05 - Taste the juice and adjust sweetness or salt to your preference.
06 - Pour into glasses and serve immediately over additional ice if desired.
